Vacuum Furnace manufactured by United Enterprises is mainly used for processes such as brazing, sintering, annealing, pyrolysis and related heat treatment processes.
We manufacture and export best-in-class Vacuum Furnace which are used for a number of different types of heat treatment processes such as debinding, sintering, brazing, annealing, pyrolysis and heat treatment in presence of controlled atmosphere.
A vacuum furnace is frequently used for the heat treatment of steel alloys when temperatures are lower than 1200 °C. A steel item is hardened and tempered in a variety of general heat treatment techniques to make it durable and strong for use. Steel is heated at a specific temperature and then rapidly cooled in water, oil, or another suitable media in order to harden it.
We also manufacture Vacuum Debinding & Sintering Furnace of temperatures up to 2000°C which process materials in vacuum or inert gas conditions in order to prevent oxidation. It is frequently used for the graphitization of carbon fibre, ceramic materials, and hard alloys. It's appropriate for hard alloy, ceramic materials, carbon fibre graphitization, carbon and carbon composites, silicon carbide products, photoelectric coating materials, refractory metal (tungsten, molybdenum, tugt copper alloy), and other alloy materials that need to be heated to high temperatures under vacuum or in an atmosphere. We also manufacture and supply a Binder trap with our Vacuum Debinding & Sintering Furnace to increase the life of the heaters and keep the furnace clean.
