Bright Annealing Furnaces manufactured by United Enterprises is used to carry out bright annealing in reducing atmosphere. It is primarily used for Stainless Steel and Cu alloys, etc.
We manufacture and export best-in-class Bright Annealing Furnace which are used for bright annealing of SS pipes and wires. Our Bright Annealing Furnaces are supplied with Ammonia Crackers which are also manufactured by us which provide for reducing atmosphere inside the furnace.
For bright annealing to be effective, tube surfaces must be clean and free of foreign matter. The annealing environment needs to be comparatively oxygen-free (if a brilliant outcome is sought). To do this, almost all of the gas must be removed (producing a vacuum), or oxygen and nitrogen must be replaced with dry hydrogen or argon. In our furnaces, we displace the oxygen with cracked ammonia (75% Hydrogen, 25% Nitrogen) to obtain a reducing atmosphere and protect the material from oxidizing.

Roller Hearth Furnace manufactured by United Enterprises is used for Bright Annealing and other heat treatment processes of SS tubes and pipes.
We manufacture and export best-in-class Roller Hearth Furnace which are used as continuous type heat treatment furnaces.They consist of high temperature Ni-Cr alloy rollers that are used to transport material through Heating Zone. This Furnace may be used for Annealing/ Hardening or Tempering Process
Characteristics of Roller Hearth Furnace:
- Material passes through a heating tunnel to get heated up to required temperature
- Ni – Cr alloy rollers are used to transport the material
- These are mainly used for SS/ Carbon/ Cu alloy pipes
- Small parts like stamping may also be processed by keeping them on tray
- Water cooled base for bearings to prevent them from damage from high temperature
- Available in both Electrical & Gas Fired
- Exo-Gas Generator can also be supplied for scale free heat treatment

Continuous Annealing Line (CAL) by United Enterprises is a continuous annealing process which integrates seven processes of un-coiling, welding, heating, annealing, cooling, shearing, and coiling.
After cold rolling, continuous annealing lines (CAL) are utilized to soften the material.
The Continuous Annealing Line (CAL) provides continuous and reliable operation for high yield, with annealing process speeds up to 800 m/min and entry/exit speeds up to 1,000 m/min.
In contrast to the batch process, the continuous annealing of steel strip provides some undeniable quality advantages, particularly in terms of heating and cooling homogeneity.
